The Terminal will open and prompt you to enter your Mac Password (this is the same password you entered when you installed MySpeed)Keep in mind, though, that the sound gets sped up or slowed down to match the speed of the video. In this mode, the download progress bar moves faster than the playback progress pointer. 
One is known as Progressive Download, which sends data from the server to your computer as fast as your connection will allow or tries to match the download rate to your data consumption rate. There are two modes for sending Flash media from a server to your computer.
